Simple Pesto Prawn Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 x store-bought pizza dough (you could make your own or even go a premade base, whatever works for you.
- 100 g of @ipastai basil pesto
- 6 x large prawns peeled
- 50 g Spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220c with a tray inside (or use one of these electric pizza ovens)
- Roll your dough out and allow it to sit for 30 minutes
- Using a fork, poke little holes around the base. If you like a crust, don’t go right to the edge.
- Top with pesto and prawns and cook for 12-15 minutes (keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn)
- Top with more pesto and Spinach, then jump right in (actually, maybe wait a minute or two so you don’t burn your face off).
