Loaded Cheesy Mince Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed or finely chopped
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste or use salsa if you have some
  • 2 tbsp @season.andko Taco Tuesday spice mix
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 big handful of grated chedder cheese
  • 1 big handful grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag of your favorite corn chips

Instructions

  • Top with whatever you like. I used shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and avocado.
  • In a large frypan over high heat, add your mince and break it up. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned
  • Once the mince is brown, add your tomato paste and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add your cheese and cover with a lid until the cheese looks melted and delicious.
  • Top the nachos and stuff your face.
