Instant Noodles with Garlic and Chilli Oil

Lately, this has been my quick go-to lunch dish. It’s easy, cheap and bloody tasty.
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 pack of instant noodles
- 1 tsp @season.andko Garlic and Chilli Oil or any of their oils
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ tsp @season.andko Garlic Lovers seasoning
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Black and white sesame seeds to serve
- Greens of a spring onion sliced to serve
Instructions
- In a bowl, add your noodles and cover them with boiling water. Cover and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a frying pan on medium heat.
- In a separate bowl, add the Garlic and Chilli oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic lovers and honey and mix well
- Your pan should now be hot enough to add the oil, and crack the egg and fry the egg for 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Season the egg with salt and pepper
- After your noodles are ready, add to the bowl with the Garlic and chilli oil and mix well.
- Serve the noodles in a bowl, with the fried egg, topped with sesame seeds and spring onion.
