Instant Noodles with Garlic and Chilli Oil

Lately, this has been my quick go-to lunch dish. It’s easy, cheap and bloody tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of instant noodles
  • 1 tsp @season.andko Garlic and Chilli Oil or any of their oils
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp @season.andko Garlic Lovers seasoning
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Black and white sesame seeds to serve
  • Greens of a spring onion sliced to serve

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add your noodles and cover them with boiling water. Cover and let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat a frying pan on medium heat.
  • In a separate bowl, add the Garlic and Chilli oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic lovers and honey and mix well
  • Your pan should now be hot enough to add the oil, and crack the egg and fry the egg for 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Season the egg with salt and pepper
  •  After your noodles are ready, add to the bowl with the Garlic and chilli oil and mix well.
  • Serve the noodles in a bowl, with the fried egg, topped with sesame seeds and spring onion.
