Fish in a Bag
Making mid-week meals a breeze with this fish in a bag, elevated by the amazing flavours of Season.andko seasoning 🐟😍
Ingredients
- ½ potato thinly sliced like paper (or parboil for 5-6 minutes if they are sliced a little thicker)
- Salt
- ½ lemon sliced
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 slice of fish I used basa, but something a little firmer like snapper would be PERFECT
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp @season.andko Garlic Lovers
- ½ tsp @season.andko Go Greek
- 5-6 olives halved
- 1 splash of white wine
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200’c
- On a large bit of baking paper, lay the potatoes, lemon, parsley and fish. Top the fish with the oil, Garlic Lovers and Go Greek seasoning.
- Add a splash of wine and then form a bag by folding the tops over on themselves and the same with the sides.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish and potatoes are cooked.
