Easy Beef Sticks
Summer may be over, but that’s no reason not to enjoy a BBQ! Urban Foragers’ beef stock concentrate is the secret ingredient to the best beef skewer marinade you’ll ever taste!
I know it’s a big call, but these are so good you must make extra if you want leftovers. 🍢🌶️🤫

Ingredients
Ingredients for marinade:
- ½ onion – roughly chopped
- 3 garlic cloves – skin removed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary if it’s old and wood roughly chopped
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 heaped tsp @urbanforagerorganics beef stock concentrate
- 1/3 cup water
Meat and Veg Ingredients
- 2 steaks of your choice I used sirloin because that’s what I had, rump would work perfectly
- ½ red onion
- ½ red capsicum
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients into a blend and blitz for 45-60 seconds until nice and smooth.
- Cube your steak and add to a bowl, then cover in the marinade and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cube your onion and capsicum to about the same size as the meat.
- When your meat has rested, start skewering them, meat, onion, meat, capsicum and repeat.
- Meanwhile, preheat your bbq to medium-high heat.
- Cook your skewers for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
