Cornflake Crumbed Fish (Perfect for Fish Tacos)

Ingredients
- 2 fillets of firm white fish I used Mangrove Jack
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup plain flour
- 3 tsp @season.andko Taco Tuesday
- 60 g cornflakes
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200’c
- Slice the fillets into taco-sized slices.
- Combine the Taco Season and flour with a bit of salt and pepper, mix well.
- Dip the fillets into the flour mix, egg, and coat well in cornflakes.
- Place fillets on a lined baking tray and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
