Chilli Oil Beef Stir fry
Mid-week blues? Not when there’s Beef and Chilli Oil stir-fry on the menu! This easy recipe will have you feeling energized and satisfied in no time.

Ingredients
For the Meat:
- 1 x 400g rump steak – sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
For the Rest:
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- @season.andko chilli oil any of their oils will work
- 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 spring onions sliced about 3cm in length
- Sesame seeds and rice to serve
Instructions
- Slice the steak, place in a bowl and add the cornflour and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside while you prep everything else.
- Heat your wok over high heat, add oil and then in with the meat. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic and chilli oil (I used 1 tbsp but do this to your taste), and mix well for 30 seconds.
- Add cooking wine, hoisin, sauce and mix well for another 30 seconds
- Add spring onion, mix well and top with sesame seeds
- Serve on rice with more chilli oil if you like.
