Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Let’s wok out with this sizzling Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry! 🔥🥢Stir-fry’s are quick, simple and an easily be adjusted to suit your tastes! I served this one with rice, but noodles would work just as well! To make this quicker to prep you can totally use a bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables. I used a mix of fresh and frozen

Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin or flank steak 400g, thinly sliced
  • Carrots julienned
  • Snow peas
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • Brown rice cooked

Instructions

  • Marinate beef slices in soy sauce and set aside.
  • Stir-fry beef in a wok until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same wok, stir-fry broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and capsicum until tender-crisp.
  • Add the cooked beef to the wok.
  • Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Toss until well-coated.
  • Serve over cooked brown rice.
