Air Fryer Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork belly
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp @season.andko Sweet Baby BBQ seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the airfryer to 200 °C
- Using paper towel, make sure your pork belly is dry.
- Score the skin lightly
- Rub olive oil all over and season the bottom with the Sweet Baby BBQ
- Place the belly on some alfoil, season the skin with salt and make a little container out of the alfoil by folding up the sides.
- Cook at 200 °C for 30 min and then reduce to 165°C for another 30 min.
- Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Carve and enjoy.
